    AirLifeLine of Texas was a non-profit organization that was operating in the 1990's when I was a young video producer at Concordia Communications, the video production arm of Concordia University Texas.  It's mission was to transport time-sensitive medical supplies and/or critically injured patients via private airplane to wherever they needed to go, free of charge.  Pilots were all volunteers and had some amazing stories to share about the missions they flew and the patients they helped

    The Art of Interviewing
    It was 1997.  I was a 29 year-old video producer working on staff at Concordia Lutheran College in Austin, Texas.  I loved working in video production, I loved working in higher education and I loved being at a faith-based institution.  Combining those three elements was a dream job for me!   It was during this late nineties time period that my young career as a video producer was starting to come into clarity.  I was discovering specific areas of passion in my video storytelling skillset.
